We specialise in block and estate management and we are currently seeking a full time Property Manager to work with our long standing Accounts and Property Management Team. Duties include: Responsibility for a property portfolio of South-East residential blocks, development inspections, dealing with planned and reactive maintenance issues, liaising with and instructing contractors regarding works required, quotes etc. , ensuring properties meet health & safety standards and arranging risk assessments, preparation of service charge budgets, dealing with leaseholder queries and continuing ongoing strong relationships, coordinating major works.
